Some people say that there isn’t enough Freon inside, but adding more didn’t help either. I’d like to know more about this issue

Check for refrigerant leaks, any leaks in the heat exchanger core, whether the expansion valve is clogged, and whether the amount of cooling water is insufficient
The most likely cause is a refrigerant leak, but adding more refrigerant should help, or maybe air has gotten inside. The poster, please share the high and low pressures of the refrigerant in your equipment – can the high pressure of the refrigerant increase?
1. Check whether the water flow in and out of the condenser is normal, and compare the temperature with normal levels; if it is very hot, it indicates that the amount of water flowing through is low, and thus the heat from the refrigerant cannot be effectively removed. Investigate whether there is any blockage in the valves or the heat exchanger. 2. The pressure gauge should show abnormal readings in case of a refrigerant leak; if a leak is indeed present, locate it and repair it, then maintain the pressure with nitrogen, and finally refill after evacuating the space. 3. The refrigerant may also involve less in the cycle due to being too cold (frost can be seen on the pipes). 4. Is the thermal bypass set too high? As mentioned above, the expansion valve, whether the refrigerant filter is clogged, and the system’s self-protection functions.
