The equipment foundation varies greatly depending on the type of equipment. For moving equipment such as compressors and pumps, attention is mainly paid to the impact of vibration on the foundation, and foundation grouting is carried out after the equipment has been aligned and leveled； The foundation for static equipment takes into account mainly the effects of static loads and wind loads; grouting is carried out after the equipment has been installed and its verticality has been verified to be correct.
1. The size of the foundation for transmission equipment depends on its own moment of inertia as well as the soil conditions of the foundation area； 2. The grouting of the foundation bolts is carried out in several steps: first, initial alignment and positioning grouting is done; once the required strength is achieved, precise alignment is performed; finally, the surface of the equipment’s base is grouted. 3. Basic modifications should be carried out only as a last resort, and the relevant regulations can be referred to.
