The excessive fluoride content in the smelting flue gas from our plant has caused two serious accidents involving the collapse of the ceramic ring fillers in the drying towers. We are at a loss for solutions; we use water glass to remove fluoride, but I wonder if there is a better method that can completely resolve this problem

Ceramic fillers are evenly mixed into the plastic fillers without affecting mass and heat transfer. Spherical arches and strip arches refer to the filler support devices of towers.
What equipment is installed in your factory’s flue gas purification section?
I think the fluoride content should be reduced before entering the drying tower, so purification equipment is very important.
What is the acid temperature at the upper tower of the purified gas cooling tower? Control fluoride levels by minimizing the acid temperature and concentration in the upper tower of the final washing unit in the purification process.
