Recently, oil leakage has occurred in several of our units, but the inspection standards for lubricant quality are not clear. Please provide the acceptable inspection standards for lubricants in terms of oil leakage. Lubricant grade: Great Wall L-TSA46. Testing and analysis parameters: open flash point, water content, mechanical impurities, acid value, kinematic viscosity.
What type of crew is the poster part of? I wonder how the crew determines which lubricant to use?
Is this related to the crew? It’s after all oil circulation at the gas station – shouldn’t the standards be the same? Our equipment uses axial flow main fans.

I’ve never experienced oil leakage. If the oil is leaking in the vehicle, does that mean the filter needs to be cleaned and replaced frequently?
Acid value ≯0.3 mgKOH/g, flash point ≯172°C, no mechanical impurities, viscosity (at 40°C) of 37.3–55.7 mm²/s, no moisture; no hard particle impurities on the filter screen, although 2–3 visible soft particles per cm² are allowed, and the presence of long fibers is not permitted. Meeting this standard indicates that the oil transportation is satisfactory.
