Which domestic manufacturer produces better gas steam boilers? Has anyone used Fulton boilers? What is the quality of their after-sales service? Friends with experience, please give some guidance
Vertical or horizontal, water tube or fire tube, what size, what are the specifications? In China, this refers to joint ventures, domestically produced boilers, as well as those manufactured abroad but assembled in China. I think Fulton is average; I’m not very familiar with its services.
In my opinion, for the boiler body of gas boilers, domestic ones will do; it doesn’t matter which manufacturer produces them, as there are generally only a few different designs, and the drawings are mostly similar. It depends on what you choose. I opted for a horizontal internal combustion type. The most important part of a gas boiler is the burner, which must have proper protection mechanisms for ignition, shutdown, overpressure, gas leakage detection, as well as handling high and low gas pressures. Domestic products are also fine, but it’s important to carefully read the manufacturer’s instructions and related documentation. Foreign brands such as Wesco and Liebherr are also an option. For after-sales service, I think it’s best if your own technical staff handle the repairs; I’ve developed all the repair and maintenance techniques myself in my factory.
I completely agree with what ZHANG*NBOOK said: the boiler itself is of satisfactory quality in China; if you’re still worried, find one that can provide a U-mark. However, it’s essential to use well-known foreign brands for the burners – after all, being cautious is necessary, as otherwise you’ll have to take responsibility if problems arise.
So which company do you use? Could you please provide the domestic manufacturers?
