Issues related to hierarchical control and ultra-delay control

I’m not automated. I’d like to learn about control types now; could you recommend some books on that topic? I have come across some information on control classification, time-domain analysis, and correction, but I haven’t found any explanations regarding control types such as hierarchical control and ultra-delay control. Could someone from the control engineering field please provide some information on this? Thank you!
