I feel that the ability of Chinese people to digest imported technologies and even absorb improvements is quite admirable! At the same time, so many coal gasifiers have been launched in China, and 20 shell gasifiers alone have been signed. If the transportation environment controlled by this "iron boss" cannot be improved in the future, each company will compete for coal resources to find rice and coal to put into the furnace!
Currently, there are three main types of coal used in SHELL pulverized coal gasification.: 1. The first category is gasification devices built by coal enterprises, which are local coal, including Datang International, Henan Yongcheng, Henan Kaixiang, Shenhua coal hydrogen production, etc. The coal type is basically stable and the source is guaranteed. 2. The first category is that there are no coal resources in the local area. Under the current energy situation, we can only buy and burn what we buy, as the poster said. 3. The last category is the construction site close to large coal enterprises, with relatively stable sources, such as Henan Zhongyuan Dahua (bituminous coal from Hebi Coal Industry). From the perspective of the stability and long-term operation of the device, the coal type must be continuously stable. From the situation of several driving companies, the conditions for better coal types are as follows:: ·Bituminous coal is better than anthracite coal. ·The melting point of ash should not exceed 1350 degrees. ·The gasifier operates best when the moisture content is below 8% and the ash content is below 15%. ·The volatile content should not be too high.
