How to handle the crude oil dehydration line in terms of production status

Our company’s crude oil storage area is equipped with an oil separator tank. It is necessary to disconnect the existing 500mm crude oil dewatering pipeline in order to put this new system into use. Currently, there is a large amount of sludge deposited inside the pipeline, and sewage wells are connected to both the upstream and downstream ends of this pipeline. How can this section of pipeline be cleaned so that it can be safely cut? Or is there any clever trick to cut it without using fire? The pipeline material is welded spiral steel pipe. Thank you all/
1\ After isolating the pipeline from the septic tank, fill the pipeline with water and then use oxygen cutting. 2\ Dip the hacksaw in lubricant and cut manually
Manually cut it off, then use rags and mud to block the pipe; welding work is carried out under such conditions. If a tee fitting is added on top, the hole can be made while there is pressure in the system
