Recently, we need valves with a DN450 size and a PN6.4MPa pressure rating for engineering use, but no matching flanges can be found in the standards. Does anyone know any relevant regulations on this? Thank you~~
Are you unable to find a flange with the appropriate PN value? Generally, it’s sufficient to choose a higher grade; for example, in the European system, can’t one use 10.0 MPa instead of 6.3 MPa?
I checked the HG standards; at 6.3 MPa, the diameter is only up to DN400. It is recommended to ask the valve manufacturer to provide them as part of the setup, or to have a specialized equipment designer create a custom solution.
