Cracks occur in stainless steel flange repair welding

When the stainless steel flanges used by our company are welded for the first time, no cracks appear. However, cracks do occur after leaks arise and subsequent welding is carried out; moreover, the longer the welds used for repair, the longer the cracks become. We’re not sure whether this is due to material corrosion or some other factor. Please advise us, experts.
