Nitrogen production equipment failure

The nitrogen generation units used by our company, after being in use for some time, start to emit filler particles, causing the entire nitrogen generation room to turn black. Excuse me. What can cause the filler to spray out?
It may be caused by a sudden change in operating conditions, or it could be a problem with the equipment itself.
It is activated carbon powder; check to see if it needs to be replaced.
This is probably coming out of the silencer; it could be due to a damaged activated carbon wire mesh, or very likely because the carbon molecular sieve isn’t secured properly, resulting in abrasion and pulverization caused by the airflow.
The screen at the exhaust port is broken, or it has become a bit loose due to long-term use
