I would like to ask everyone: Which manufacturers’ centrifugal pumps are your plant primarily using, and what are their performance characteristics? Which domestic manufacturers produce centrifugal pumps with good cost-performance ratios? These pumps are mainly used in ammonia and urea production facilities, for applications such as lean liquid and semi-lean liquid pumps, boiler feed water pumps, boiler circulation pumps, melting pumps, and ammonia water pumps. Those who provide good responses will receive scores and special rewards.
For applications involving urea in contact with ammonia water or methylammonium solutions, Hangjian pumps are the best choice; they have a moderate price, and mechanical seals are preferable to dynamic seals in such cases. Melt pumps, urine pumps, or titanium pumps produced by Xi’an Pump and Valve Factory are the most widely used in urea manufacturers, but they are relatively more expensive. Hangzhou Alkali can also do it, at a more favorable price, but its performance is not as good as that of Xi’an.
For urea, pumps from Xi’an Pump Valve will work; melt pumps need to be equipped with an auxiliary impeller.
Our company’s main centrifugal pump manufacturers are: Shanghai Liancheng; Shandong Bobom pump ; Changsha Swan ; Baoding Baopumpe ; Hebei Shitong ; Dalian shielded electric pump. The better ones to use are: Shanghai Liancheng, Changsha Swan. The quality and service are both good.
Our factory uses alkali pumps manufactured by Zigong Pump Factory. At first, the impellers were prone to corrosion and vibration; it was only after several replacements and maintenance efforts by the manufacturer that the problem was resolved.
