It is easy to cause short-circuit loss of gas in the cave and reduce the capture effect. At the same time, the manufacturing precision of the concentric electric tar collector is very strict, and the installation and debugging are extremely strict. It is easy to change the concentricity, horizontality and verticality during manufacturing, installation and transportation, which will cause discharge between the cathode and anode or between other components. It is difficult to reach the required voltage, which directly affects the tar collection efficiency, and can easily cause the electroceramic bottle to break down and damage. Since the voltage change value of the field strength is 400V/mm, even if there is a deviation of 1mm between the cathode and the anode, the change value of the field strength voltage can be as high as 400V. The concentric electric tar trap has the advantages of large flow area, low gas flow rate and low steel consumption. (2) Tubular electric tar trap. Since the steel pipe and the corona wire alone form an electric field, its field strength and voltage depend on the radius of the steel pipe, and its value is 400R. Since the tubular electric tar collector forms an equal-pole spacing electric field in each tube section, and there are vacancies between the tubes, these holes are blocked by the tube plate blind area, which reduces the utilization of the effective space in the cylinder and reduces the cross-sectional area of the purification channel. This type of electric tar trap consumes a lot of steel, but it is widely used in large and medium-sized gas purification plants due to its advantages of easy manufacturing, equal spacing of electric fields, easy availability of materials, and convenient installation and debugging. (3) Honeycomb electric tar collector. The honeycomb type has the same structure as the tubular type, except that the channel cross section is changed from circular to regular hexagonal. Two adjacent regular hexagons share one side, that is, the six sides of the regular hexagon in the middle are shared by the six regular hexagons surrounding it. Honeycomb panels made of 2-3mm steel plates can meet the requirements of process and mechanical strength. Although the honeycomb electric tar collector has the advantages of compact and reasonable structure, no electric field holes, high effective space utilization, light weight, less steel consumption and good capture characteristics, it is difficult to manufacture. Disadvantages such as errors are prone to occur during transportation and installation. With the improvement of equipment manufacturing technology, the advantages of honeycomb electric tar collectors will receive more and more attention from people, and they will gradually replace concentric and tubular electric tar collectors.
