The MTO pilot plants that are already in operation in China include the one in Hua County, Shaanxi, developed through a collaboration between the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and the Luoyang Research Institute; as well as the pilot plant set up by Sinopec’s own Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemistry at Yanshan Petrochemical Plant (it was referred to as a “top-priority project” during Chen Tonghai’s tenure). If anyone is aware of the technical details of these two devices, please share them by messaging me on the site!
Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and Luoyang Institute: 79.5%； Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology and SEI: 80.4%.
The top-level project is said to have an investment of 120 million – what does that mean? Chen Tonghai has issues with his work style – are there any problems with this project?
