After the side line reboiler is added, the load required by the bottom reboiler is reduced, so the high-temperature heat source consumption of the tower bottom reboiler is reduced, and the low-temperature heat consumed by the side (middle) reboiler replaces the high-temperature heat at the bottom of the tower. This is one of the reasons.； The gas phase load of the tray between the side reboiler and the bottom reboiler is compared with the case of only the bottom reboiler. * * Generally, the upper trays of the tower bottom reboiler are the parts with the largest gas phase load in the distillation section. After using the intermediate reboiler, the tower diameter can be reduced or the processing capacity can be increased. This must be combined with the feed pre-cooling technology.
