Should the DCS control station for the hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace be located in a separate room, or should it be placed together with other control rooms in the main control room? Placing it in an on-site control room is advantageous for operation and management, but the design team says that the control room needs to maintain a positive pressure. # ， ， &
I think it’s better to place it on-site; our company’s hydrochloric acid DCS is kept separately on-site, which is advantageous for both operation and management.
The DCS for hydrochloric acid can be placed together with the DCS for liquid chlorine, which makes it convenient to communicate with each other in case of any abnormalities during production.
I think it’s better to have them in both places: the control room is responsible for regulation during normal production, while the site is responsible for monitoring and observing during ignition.
Our factory is located only in the control room; there are only some simple instruments on site! We communicate with each other using walkie-talkies!
