Does anyone know what is used to regulate the pressure at stage one, stage two, and at the top of the reactor under normal conditions? What is used to adjust the reaction temperature? 1. The regenerator pressure is regulated by the double-acting slide valve at the top of the regenerator, which controls the flue gas outlet flow rate. 2. The reactor pressure is normally adjusted based on the amount of backflow in the cycle from the compressor outlet to the condenser at the top of the distillation tower; when it is not possible to adjust this backflow amount, the inlet flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the valve at the compressor inlet. Starting and stopping operations can be controlled by using R201 for pulsation regulation. 3. The reaction outlet temperature is adjusted by the regeneration slide valve, which controls the amount of regenerated catalyst circulating.
The concept of the counter-rotation volume is quite unclear; could someone help explain it? Thank you! ! !
When 1, 2, and then 3 are connected in series, 1 and 2 are controlled by a double-acting slide valve; the pressure of 2 and 3 is not controlled, but rather determined by the speed of the air compressor, with the returning momentum serving as an auxiliary mechanism
Just like pumps with backflow, the inlet flow rate is insufficient, so a small amount of fluid is supplied from the outlet to prevent insufficient pump flow and excessive vibration
