In this case, first check whether the inlet pipeline and valve are blocked.; Is the pump primed thoroughly? A situation like this should be an operational problem and has nothing to do with the pump itself.

The outlet pipeline pressure is too high and exceeds the pump head, which is equivalent to closing the pump outlet valve. At this time, the motor load is minimal and there is no flow. There may be something wrong with the pump selection!
Gas may have entered, or it may be evacuated, or the inlet valve may not be open or clogged, or the pump may be faulty.
The first analysis of your situation is that your pump is disconnected from the motor. Only the motor rotates but no output power. The other is that there is a problem with the impeller. Disassemble the pump to see if the impeller is broken.
The reasons mentioned on the 5th and 6th floors are the most likely.
Check whether the medium enters the pump chamber; Check whether the pump direction is correct ; Check whether the motor and pump shaft are connected ; Check whether the impeller is connected to the main shaft, especially whether the coupling key is reliable and whether the impeller is damaged.
First of all, what type of pump is it? Different pumps have different process conditions.
Back upstairs, brother, my pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump, model AE200 400B, with a lift of 32M, a flow rate of 500M3/H, and a check door at the outlet. The installation direction of the check door is good.
1. Check whether the inlet pipeline is smooth, whether there is air leakage, and whether the liquid level is too low.; 2. Are the pump and motor connected properly? ; 3. Is the impeller damaged? ; 4. Whether the pump works by suctioning above the liquid or having a perfusion head has a lot to do with the specific process conditions. Is the suction height too high? ; 5. Is the motor speed too low? If there is no flow, check whether the inlet is clear, check whether the pump is equipped with an impeller, and check whether the coupling pin is up. :(
