When the three-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace is ignited, the furnace door spits out fire because: 1. Check the working status of the water pump, whether the pumping force is sufficient, and maintain a negative pressure in the furnace. 2. It should be that there is too much hydrogen during ignition. Slowly adjust it to slightly overchlorinated and let the flame go back before closing the furnace door.
I think you are igniting it manually. Use a rubber pipe to light the hydrogen outside the furnace, and then insert it into the furnace. At this time, fire will spurt out of the furnace door. Open the chlorine gas valve and light it before sealing the furnace door. If so, the amount of hydrogen should be smaller when igniting, and the hydrogen flow rate should be around 8. If you test it by hand, the pressure will not be too high, so that the fire from the furnace door will not be too large. Be careful not to have too much negative pressure when igniting, otherwise the flame will be extinguished. The negative pressure should be around 800. This is actual experience, push hard.
When the synthesis furnace is ignited, the furnace door spits out flames.: 1. Check the system vacuum. If it is too small, it will cause flames to spray out. ; 2. Reduce the amount of hydrogen during ignition ; 3. Operators have weak ignition experience ; 4. Strengthen employee protective equipment and protective awareness training
When I lit the furnace two days ago, I also saw the flames coming out. Later, I checked and found that the hydrogen pipe was leaking: L Later, when the workers operated the valve, they opened the chlorine gas too high, and they were burned to the point of tears and mucus. Is there a better way to ignite the furnace?
Speaking of actual experience, I also have one: Place a piece of paper in front of the furnace door and adjust the pressure in the furnace until the paper neither falls nor is sucked in, then the pressure in the furnace is appropriate. Of course, different furnaces have different requirements. If you have the opportunity, you can try it. Let's communicate
The suction power of the water jet pump is not enough, or the pump capacity is not good, or the hydrogen opening is too large.
You guys are so out of date, you still use manual ignition. We use automatic ignition. The operator only needs to confirm on site and click directly on the DCS to automatically light the stove. (I can tell you secretly that this technology was developed by our unit itself)
Where is the original poster from? Can we exchange ideas?* one time.
A domestically produced automatic furnace costs RMB 200,000. Two of our daily 80-ton hydrochloric acid furnaces cost RMB 400,000. The leader does not give approval. In addition, for automatic furnace lighting, the instrument still needs to pass the test. However, domestic pneumatic valves are easy to use after the valve opening is from 20% to 80%. However, if it is too low or too high, many problems will occur. For example, if it is too low, the flow meter will not respond, and sometimes the valve cannot be closed. I think it is safer to light the stove manually. On the one hand, I can show my skill and on the other hand, I know how to adjust the flow rate.
The pneumatic valve in our factory also had a flowmeter that did not respond when the volume was very low. It was only now that I discovered that this problem is very important.
Which domestic automatic ignition equipment are you using? It seems that they are not currently available in China. I guess your automatic ignition equipment is immature. If you have seen the automatic ignition device we use, you will have nothing to say. The safety aspect has been completely upgraded to a new level. We also have a graphite synthesis furnace with a daily output of 80 tons. The operators have used it to light up the furnace dozens of times without any problems. Currently, we are continuing to convert other graphite furnaces to automatic ignition, and are also cooperating with manufacturers to sell our patented technology. (I can tell you that automatic ignition has nothing to do with pneumatic control valves) This post was last edited by qiu82qiu on 2008-1-7 21:27 ]
I would like to talk about my views on ensuring negative pressure in the furnace is one aspect, but there are also objective reasons. If a fire is lit in windy weather, safety protection should be ensured. The flow of air changes instantaneously, and one person can see it.
How can we say that there is no automatic ignition in China? Our company can provide fully automatic ignition. And there is more than one company with good performance. * We provide module supply and fully automatic ignition device for the hydrochloric acid synthesis device of South Korea's LG Chem * * The hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace of Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd. is a four-in-one integrated graphite synthesis device * * We provide the main equipment and full automatic control device for the hydrogen chloride synthesis unit of Qilu Petrochemical Xinglu Chemical Co., Ltd. * * We provide the main equipment and system design for the hydrogen chloride synthesis and desorption device of the chemical plant of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd.
