The issue of flow intensity

The unit for flow rate is m3/ms. Does the “m” refer to the height or the length of the overflow weir? Thank you. I hope everyone will read more questions on the forum so that these issues can be resolved as soon as possible. It’s cold outside; if you wait too long, you might get frostbite. Flow rate intensity = liquid flow rate divided by the length of the weir, that is, m3/h divided by m
