Dear Haichuan friends, please tell me how to calculate the filling amount of high-concentration CO shift catalyst. I would like to express my deep gratitude!
There is a paper by Professor Zong that was uploaded earlier in the information area of the forum. It seems you can refer to it.: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=107178
Tianya Wandering: Thank you! I have downloaded Professor Zong’s paper, which is of great reference value!
The filling quantity and number of stages of the sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst are very professional issues. They should be calculated based on the CO concentration, steam-to-gas ratio, pressure, outlet CO requirements in the feed gas, combined with the conditions of the equipment, and the kinetic equation of the catalyst. The kinetic equation of the catalyst is different for each catalyst and is obtained through a large amount of experimental simulation data based on model theory. As long as we teach together, we usually provide this kind of calculation to the design unit in the early design stage of the project.
Thank you! Thank you for adding wealth to me. As a child from Haichuan, I need wealth very much. I would like to thank you here. I will work hard!
Correct the previous statement: I will work hard
Friend: I think he is Professor Zong’s proud disciple. Maybe we have met before.
Don't look at Zong Qiuyun as too mysterious
An ordinary but extraordinary woman with traditional knowledge, whom I sincerely admire.
I was in need of an article on catalyst loading for CO conversion, but I couldn’t download it after reading it. It was really frustrating!
9th floor! No! In fact, you can tell by her face that this woman is a fierce person! :lol I don’t know if anyone has ever suffered a loss! She once scolded an old engineer of ours in our factory!
Teacher Zong is a well-known expert in the industry! :lol
