I recently encountered issues related to trade measurement: 1. What national standards should the measurement accuracy of instruments comply with? Can the provisions specified in GBT 91091.1-2010 for dynamic measurement of crude oil be applied to caustic soda and hydrochloric acid? If not, what standards should be used for caustic soda and hydrochloric acid? 2. Are there unified national standards for liquids? What is the difference between reference standards for food measurement and industrial measurement? I hope a friend who knows about the sea can help clarify my doubts.
In the chemical industry, we follow GB 17167-2006, the General Rules for the Provision and Management of Energy Measurement Instruments in Energy-Using Entities
This standard is applicable to production metering in the energy sector; however, its dynamic metering accuracy is too low to meet the requirements for trade metering.
