Dear colleagues in the field of small nitrogen fertilizers, at what time of the year is the equipment maintenance of your unit generally scheduled? How much time is generally allocated for overhaul and intermediate maintenance?
Try to avoid the peak sales season, which is usually scheduled during system overhaul. Sometimes there are some problems in the craftsmanship, and some minor repairs are reasonably arranged when the car is stopped. The time schedule is generally based on * * Relevant regulations, but sometimes the inspection problem is not major, or it is originally normal, and only key parts are inspected to reduce repair time.
In our factory, it usually takes about 10 days for major repairs around November. For minor repairs, it usually takes 2 days depending on the actual situation!!
