I would like to ask whether it’s possible to use a pipeline with a span of 17 meters for structural studies, along with a support frame

What was said on the 4th floor is correct. A span of 17 meters for pipeline 200 is too general. What material is being transported, what is its specific gravity, temperature, and level of hazard? Local seismic intensity, wind loads, insulation layers, and so on are all necessary design parameters. If it is a gas at normal temperature and pressure, a truss is not required.
