Does a 1.5 million-ton atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit require a flare system? Processing of heavy crude oil to produce asphalt.
May I ask what you want to do with the torch system? Burn two gas cylinders?

But there is no torch system; if one were to install one, the problem is how to ensure that it burns continuously.
