Suggestions regarding member upgrade notifications

It is recommended that the forum administrator enable a SMS notification feature, so that members who have completed the upgrade know they can now rate others. This can increase the number of scores. Although there are similar reminder messages, they are still not direct enough.
I’ve only just arrived as well; no one informed me. I still know how to assign scores, post messages, and discuss things. So it’s certainly good to have text message notifications, but that’s not the key point; ultimately, it’s because many people just want to get things without putting in any effort – they’re lazy.
