Stirring tank? Bore scoring?

In coating processes, is the equipment used for dispersion by high-speed dispersers called a mixing tank or a stirring cylinder? I’m completely confused. If it’s cylinder scoring, then in which process is the mixing tank used?

Cylinder drawing is widely used in coatings (especially water-based coatings); even small coating plants usually have twenty to thirty such devices. Generally, there are three sizes: 300L, 500L, and 800L. The bottom is cylindrical with a slightly sloped flat base to facilitate the removal of the dried material; four casters are installed under the base for mobility. The upper part is usually open, and there is a handle on the cylinder body. Used for transferring coatings, and can also be used directly in conjunction with mobile high-speed dispersers.
