Try lowering the liquid level of the salt water high-level tank appropriately.
Quickly analyze the brine indicators. The organic matter in the brine exceeds the standard, causing poor gas-liquid separation. It is estimated that the brine needs to be replaced.
Agree with the fourth floor. Check the organic content of the brine.
The organic matter content is not so easy to check! The general requirement for TOC is less than 10 ppm, but generally chlor-alkali companies do not have TOC meters. This thing is also very expensive, costing hundreds of thousands.
Is the sodium carbonate over-alkali content of primary brine very high? What causes the above problems to occur due to the excessive production of carbon dioxide?
I would like to ask if your salt treatment process is a traditional old process. It is probably because too much sedimentation aid (sodium polyacrylate or polyacrylamide) is added.
