The main control points of the synthesis section are: (1) Inlet and outlet temperature of the synthesis tower; (2) Steam drum liquid level ; (3) Drum pressure ; (4) Separator inlet temperature ; (5) Separator liquid level ; (6) System pressure ; (7) Hydrogen-to-carbon ratio of raw gas ; (8) Expansion tank pressure ; (9) Relax the air pressure. The main control points of wet desulfurization are: (1) Gas cabinet height (2) Fan pressure (3) Lean, rich liquid pump pressure (4) Lean, rich liquid pump liquid level. The main control points of the coke oven gas compressor are: (1) Inlet and outlet pressure of each section, (2) Inlet temperature of each section, oil temperature, oil pressure, motor stator temperature, bearing temperature, motor main bearing temperature, water temperature, water pressure. The main control points of the syngas compressor are: The pressure difference between the primary sealing gas and the secondary balance pipe, the primary leakage gas pressure, the leakage gas flow, the secondary sealing gas pressure, the secondary sealing gas flow, the rear isolation gas pressure, the pressure difference between the primary filter and the secondary. Oil temperature, oil pressure, fresh gas volume, circulating gas volume, separator liquid level, the main control points of the conversion section: reforming furnace temperature, preheating furnace temperature, system pressure, oxygen pressure, gas to gas ratio, gas to steam ratio, fuel gas to air ratio, reforming gas outlet temperature, The main control points of fine desulfurization are: system pressure, temperature of each tank, upper cobalt-molybdenum temperature, and lower cobalt-molybdenum temperature.
I think we mainly control the following aspects:: 1. We attach great importance to the quality of methanol and require the ethanol content to be controlled below 150 ppm. ; 2. During the normal production of methanol distillation, the methanol content in the distillation residue is ≤0.4%. If the alcohol content of the residue is unqualified, it is prohibited to be discharged to biochemical equipment. ; 3. During normal distillation production, the COD content control target of the distillation residue is ≤1000 mg/L. ; 4. During the methanol distillation operation, fusel alcohols are collected, and the methanol content control target in the normal production of fusel alcohols is ≤36.7%. ; 5. In the early stage of distillation start-up, each shift should try to achieve uniform production, and the amount of crude methanol consumed by each shift should not exceed 5 tons. ; 6. Within 48 hours after the refined methanol is extracted by distillation, the COD content index is >3000 mg/L and the methanol content in the fusel alcohol is >70%. ; 7. The emission standard for methanol distillation residue is alcohol ≤ 1.5%, of which methanol ≤ 0.4% and high boiling point alcohol ≤ 0.1% ; 8. In order to prevent the refractory casting material of the reformer from falling off and the refractory layer from becoming thinner, the temperature in the middle of the reformer must be strictly controlled between 1130-1150°C, and no over-temperature is allowed.
Main control indicators of methanol three-column distillation: temperature: Pre-column bottom temperature 78℃ Pre-column top temperature 65~70℃ Pre-column top vent air temperature 50℃ Pressurized distillation tower bottom temperature 130~132℃ Pressurized distillation tower top temperature 120~122℃ Normal pressure distillation tower bottom temperature 105~108℃ Normal pressure distillation tower top temperature 65℃ Pressure: Heating steam pressure > 0.5~0.6Mpa Utility consumption: The steam consumption per ton of refined methanol is less than 1.2 tons.
