Regarding the layout design and construction plan

Our company was originally a manufacturing firm; we have only obtained the pipeline installation qualifications this year. We are now preparing to take on the first project: the installation of equipment pipelines for a fine chemicals plant. The quantities involved are: 15 enamel-lined reaction vessels (3000L, 2000L, 1000L), 23 intermediate storage tanks (raw material tanks, metering tanks), 6 centrifuges, and 1 refrigeration system with a capacity of 150,000 kcal. I would like to ask the experienced colleagues: How should a construction organization plan be written, and how should a construction plan be drafted? I’ve been really stuck these past few days: I’ve never done it before, so I don’t know where to start. Who has similar construction data and plans that they can upload? This would be useful as a reference for the newcomers. Thank you first. One more question: What are the things to keep in mind when signing this project contract?
