Is it because when the catalyst in the rear row is replaced, it’s too moist, resulting in insufficient activation time? This creates a vicious cycle! !
Are you using a new catalyst? The activation time may not be sufficient. Additionally, your feed gas contains too much moisture
If only the converter in the rear group is leaking while those in the front group are not, then there should be no problem with the feed gas. Please have the OP check this latest batch of catalysts :)
I assume one thing: maybe the rear converter wasn’t tested for leaks at the beginning, and there were leak points; when cooling water came into contact with hydrogen chloride, the leaks became worse!
