When you become a member of the HaiChuan Chemicals Forum at level 2 (or above), have you thought about the fact that you also have the power to rate others? Regardless of the score you give, it is a power you can exercise within the forum. When you complain about a lack of resources, or when you’re frustrated because no one gives points for good content or interesting topics, have you considered rating others first? Recognizing others’ efforts is, in effect, recognizing your own future efforts as well. As a member of HaiChuan, when you have the power to score, please remember to give others a nod of approval. The Haichuan Chemical Industry Forum will become more vibrant as a result.
Basically, all my ratings are for brothers in grades 4 and below. Managers and technical teams are already overwhelmed with red envelopes and benefits; anything extra is just unnecessary ; The brothers in grade 5 and above are mostly already experts; most of them have some wealth. When they’re really poor, they occasionally give away a few pieces to help out in an emergency ; Brothers at levels 4 and below are mostly busy trying to upgrade or download content; often, it’s not possible to have both a high level and the downloaded materials at the same time. Therefore, I give my scores to these brothers, hoping to keep these friends around. Although it’s just a small amount of wealth, I want them to feel the kindness of their forum friends. Of course, good posts go without saying, and the same goes for those that pretend to be poor – I do my little bit in all cases. :Lol, wishing everyone in the 2008 class low stress, plenty of wealth, and success in terms of both resources and skills!
I will try my best to rate the good posts I see and the help from others
The guy on the 2nd floor is a good person; he cares about and supports newcomers. Everyone should learn from him and pay him tribute!
