Before entering the factory, the main step is to open the package for inspection; once it meets the requirements specified in the contract, it can be delivered for installation – it’s not that complicated! :lol
There’s not much to it – aren’t there installation specifications? It depends on what equipment you’re installing; you just need to follow those specifications for the unpacking and inspection process.
It entirely depends on the terms agreed upon in your contract with the equipment supplier. Generally, it is stipulated that the equipment supplier is responsible for installation and commissioning; in such cases, the manufacturer only needs to verify the number of items in the packaging at the time of receipt, with the focus of the subsequent inspection being on the overall performance of the equipment after it has been commissioned.
Our acceptance procedure involves the supply department notifying the warehouse, which then informs the user unit, the equipment department, and the quality inspection department to be present for the joint inspection. The supply department presents the contract, and several parties jointly conduct the inspection in accordance with it. The main aspects of the inspection include: 1. Whether the contents of the supply match those specified in the contract ； II. Whether the quality of the supplied products meets the applicable national or industry standards, including the quality of the materials used and the manufacturing process ； III. Are all the required documents available (in accordance with the contract or relevant **industry standards). After the inspection, the parties involved sign the inspection record together, indicating the issues they identified during their respective inspections. Upon identifying the issue, notify the relevant departments promptly to resolve it.
