1. Packing size (for structured packing, it is also necessary to ensure proper sealing between the packing and the tower wall). 2. Liquid distributor
This also happens when stripping occurs. This causes the liquid to flow down along the wall or even not to flow at all. In a packed tower, if the distance between the two distributors is too large, flow along the wall may occur. The filler is clogged, preventing the liquid from flowing properly. The filler was not selected properly.
