I wonder if any experts are aware of the characteristics of such furnaces; could you please let me know? Our company is currently using two-in-one furnaces, and I think they work well, but for the 200,000 tons per year chlor-alkali integrated project that we’re about to launch, we plan to use four-in-one furnaces! ! ! # ， ， &
Four-in-one?! We haven’t even used the three-in-one version yet, and already there’s a four-in-one one?! I think heat recovery in hydrogen chloride synthesis is what’s key. The number of units involved is just a matter of operational convention... Only by recovering heat can operating costs be reduced.
The four-in-one furnace actually includes an exhaust gas absorption tower as well as within the synthesis furnace; the three-in-one version comprises combustion, HCL gas cooling, and absorption – and now that exhaust gas absorption has been added, it is called the four-in-one type
