Heat exchanger issues

I heard some engineering experience data at a seminar some time ago, but unfortunately it wasn’t written down, and now I’ve forgotten it. 1. Maximum diameter of the heat exchanger: This is generally limited by the capabilities of the machining equipment; what is the maximum diameter? 2. What is the maximum vaporization rate achievable in a typical reboiler? What is the highest gasification rate for boilers, and what is it usually? Please give me some advice.
This statement doesn’t seem correct. Different types of heat exchangers have different forms and structures; there are square and circular ones, as well as those with a certain diameter? Of course, sometimes due to differences in raw material prices, the equipment manufactured by many domestic manufacturers does not come in larger sizes
1. What I know is 3 meters. 2. I remember that for siphon type systems, the efficiency is 20–40% (this might not be correct); for those with inserts at the bottom of the tower, the efficiency can be higher, but it shouldn’t exceed 80%, right? Please advise, experts
