Some time ago, I saw an oil pump room. The cables were laid in the cable bridge. Because there were too many pipelines, it was not suitable to pass through a single pipe. The bottom was not sealed. There are two types of cable directions in the factory. One is overhead, which is the overhead cable bridge that everyone is talking about now. The other is buried, which is running below the ground through underground protective casing. For the second type of cable direction, we must also consider the penetration of groundwater and the thickness of the frozen soil layer in winter, which must be below the frozen soil layer. Generally speaking, whether the overhead cable tray can pass through the factory building depends on the medium in the factory building, Class A medium. There is a distance requirement (10 meters) between the bridge and the equipment (tower, tank, etc.) with Class A medium. There is also a distance requirement for non-temperature pipes (it seems to be 5 pipe diameters).
It is better to strictly carry out construction to avoid future troubles. The cables in our company's old installation were quite messy. There were many accidents where the cables and pipes were worn, causing gas leaks and fires in the pipes. Many hidden dangers of bridges wearing pipes were discovered. suggestion: 1.
