The venting of decarbonized flash gas and normal solution gas will pollute the environment and cause waste of raw materials. To recover all the gases, what is the best process to adopt?
The first-stage flash evaporation pressure using two-stage flash evaporation is controlled at 1.0MPa, and the CO2 content is 40-50%. We use direct recovery to the second compression outlet. We have not recycled the secondary flash evaporation. Some factories use PSA to recycle flash steam, and export CO2 recovery is controlled at 3-10%.
If there is carbon ammonia, the CO2 can be recovered and then transferred to another person.
Recommendations: 1. Set up two-stage flash evaporation, one-stage recovery to compression, two-stage discharge, and two-stage venting. 2. All recycled, can be used in ammonium bicarbonate process ； Food grade CO2 process ； Soda ash process, etc. :lol :handshake
