Dear experts and suppliers: Please assist in selecting a low-temperature methanol stripping pump (P2204A/B) with a head of 750 meters and a flow rate of 450 cubic meters :Handshake 1: Please advise on which pump to choose? Multi-stage centrifugal pumps and shielded pumps: are they domestic brands or imported ones? 2. Is the accompanying motor of ordinary protection type or explosion-proof type? Is it necessary to equip the control system with an inverter? 3. Which manufacturer should be chosen for the mechanical seal of the centrifugal pump? How to ensure that low-temperature lean methanol does not leak? 4. Is it necessary to include lubricant as part of the set? 5. I would like to ask the teachers: Which manufacturer’s poor-methanol pump is used in your unit? How is it working? Please give me an introduction! :handshake
1 It’s better to import them. 2 They definitely need to be explosion-proof; frequency conversion isn’t necessary. 3 Isn’t the sealing kit included? With methanol-poor pumps, the temperature isn’t low – it’s around 90 degrees. 4 A lubrication system is required; there was a factory where even with such a system, the motor still burned out... 5 For Ruiyuan pumps, the motors are from Nanyang. We haven’t used them for long, so it’s hard to draw conclusions; for now, they seem fine
Thank you for getting back to me. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with the detailed specifications of the pumps used by your company, as well as an approximate price. Would that be possible? What type is used for high-pressure machine seals? How is it being used now? Thank you!
