Selection of P2204A/B pumps for low-temperature methanol washingDear experts and suppliers: Could you please assist in selecting a low-temperature methanol washing pump (P2204A/B) with a head of 750 meters and a flow rate of 450 cubic meters? :Handshake 1: Please advise on which pump to choose Multi-stage centrifugal pumps and shielded pumps: are they domestic brands or imported ones? 2. Is the accompanying motor of ordinary protection type or explosion-proof type? Is it necessary to equip the control system with an inverter? 3. Which manufacturer should be chosen for the mechanical seal of the centrifugal pump? How to ensure that low-temperature lean methanol does not leak? 4. Is it necessary to include lubricant as part of the set? 5. I would like to ask the teachers: Which manufacturer’s poor-methanol pump is used in your unit? How is it working? Please give me an introduction! :handshake
1. A multi-stage centrifugal pump can be used. 2. The motor used as a matching component must be an explosion-proof motor. 4. For imported pumps with high head and large flow rates, oil bath lubrication is generally used for bearing lubrication; domestic pumps usually employ forced lubrication, that is, they are equipped with dedicated lubrication systems ; Motors are generally not imported, and domestically produced motors with high power and high speed use forced lubrication for their bearing lubrication. 5. Yankuang Guohong uses products from United Pump Company in the United States
I recommend Dalian Sulzer; they have a track record with Shanghai Coking
The methanol-poor methanol pump used in low-temperature methanol washing is the most critical piece of equipment; therefore, it is recommended to use imported pumps, multi-stage centrifugal pumps, along with explosion-proof motors. Double-end face seals should be used for the machine seals, and a seal tank should be employed. The lubrication system can be operated using an oil bath, or a specialized lubrication device can be used as well
We have chosen six-stage centrifugal pumps manufactured by the American company United Pumping, and these pumps are paired with high-voltage (10,000V) explosion-proof motors produced by Nanyang Motor Factory. There is no frequency converter used, and the sealing mechanism of the pumps is a standard mechanical seal. However, in practical use, both types of seals have shown signs of leakage, though the amount of leakage is not significant! The bearings of the pump are lubricated using oil cups, while the bearings of the motor are lubricated by a dedicated oil supply system, complete with a lubrication interlock mechanism!
