What is the best component of catalytic raw materials and why? ?
The hydrotreated wax oil component is the best.
It has a high hydrogen to carbon ratio and few impurities. Raw materials with low polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and condensed aromatic hydrocarbons content are better.
As for which raw material is the best, I don’t think it can be said, but it can be considered from at least two aspects. First, technically speaking, it must be hydrogenated, with low aromatic content and low impurity content. However, if the coke yield is too low, the heat will be unbalanced. 2. From a technical and economic point of view, the quality of crude oil is getting worse every month, and of course the catalytic raw materials will get worse and worse. Considering the cost of catalytic raw materials, if the quality of raw materials is poor, the price will be lower, but the requirements for equipment and catalysts may be higher. Therefore, it is difficult to say whether the raw materials are good or not. The final judgment is still on economic benefits.
The 6th floor is very comprehensive, but such raw materials do not seem to exist. I think it can only be judged by H/c and heteroatom content. Cracking raw materials with high H/C ratio and few heteroatoms are already very good.
The atmospheric and vacuum distillate of paraffin-based crude oil is equivalent to the fine rice noodles that people eat.
The one containing hydrogen is better, the light component oil is better, the one containing more carbon is not.
