I don’t know the reason, but judging from the cell voltage and current efficiency as well as the inlet and outlet acidity, there is nothing abnormal. What causes this? Please give me some advice. Is there any blockage in the feed pipe or discharge pipe? It is recommended to stop and check.

The air bubbles in the battery tank are not discharged smoothly. Please check the installation of the gas-liquid separation chamber or membrane. In addition, how is the drainage tube inside the battery tank conducting liquid?
The overhaul inspection found no problems. . . And it only happens at full load, and nothing similar happens at low current. It did not cause any abnormality in the system indicators, and Japan's Asahi Kasei Noodles did not give a reasonable explanation.
It can only be that the bubble effect produced by electrolysis is too large, and some loads should be reduced.
When generating at full load, you can check the gas-liquid separation structure of the battery outlet to see if the gas-liquid separation design is unreasonable, resulting in poor separation effect when the gas volume is large.
I don’t know whether you have a low-electricity density tank or a high-electricity density tank. If it is a low-electricity density tank, there are defects in its design. If it is a high-electricity density tank, the bubble effect may be too large, and some loads should be reduced.
