The main application of the online analysis instrument in our unit is an online pH meter, which uses a METTLER composite electrode (internal pressure type, non-refillable). In addition to regular calibration, the pH meter can be fully immersed in a 3 molar potassium chloride solution during the period when the pH meter is out of use. Do not use detergent or other absorbent reagents to wash. During calibration and after cleaning the electrode, do not wipe the glass membrane with filter paper, but blot it dry with filter paper to avoid damaging the glass membrane, preventing cross-contamination, and affecting measurement accuracy. The calibration cycle is determined according to usage conditions and process requirements (generally shorter than the pH meter verification regulation cycle).
