There are instructions about bag types in the book, but they are not very detailed. Now I am doing a Japanese project and the Japanese understanding of pockets is different. We have to design a change order. Welcome everyone to discuss what exactly is a pocket for gas and liquid items.
Judging from what you listed, it should be air bags or liquid bags in the design.
Suppose it should be a place where gas or liquid accumulates and cannot be easily discharged due to design or installation reasons in pipelines or equipment, such as a horizontally installed Eccentric Reducer. If the flat end is at the bottom, if the medium is gas, it is easy to accumulate at the top to form a pocket. If the flat end is at the top and the medium is liquid, it is easy to form a pocket at the bottom. I always imagine this pocket as having a lot of stuff in a trouser pocket, hanging there to form a pocket.:lol
