Which manufacturer should be chosen for 30W stripping urea high-pressure systems? Does anyone know anything about the quality and price?
Currently, the manufacturers of high-pressure equipment for urea production using the stripping method are Nanhua Machinery and Dalian Jinzhong; the cost of four high-pressure units for urea plants with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons is around 50 million yuan.
50 million for the second floor is too much; 45 million would be fine for me.
Our plant’s 300,000-ton urea production project is under construction; the four major components for the urea production line were ordered from Dalian Jinzhong in June 2007, with a total contract value of 49 million yuan. At present, all the key components for the CO2 stripping urea production process are supplied by Dalian Jinzhong. Good performance and high quality; all three sets in our factory are from this manufacturer.
Our factory, Dalian Jinzhong, has two sets that have been tested by Jinling Petrochemical; there are some defects in the welding materials used in the synthesis towers. The stripping towers, which were overhauled in November this year, also have defects to varying degrees!!!
The urea synthesis tower at Nanhua Machinery has problems, which has dealt a fatal blow to the company. Nowadays, high-pressure equipment is generally manufactured by Dalian Jinzhong; there’s no alternative, as the domestic market is monopolized by them and their prices are high.
Currently, there are three units in China capable of manufacturing this: Dalian Jinzhong, Nanhua Machinery, and Southwest Chemical Machinery. In contrast, Dalian Jinzhong has produced the most high-pressure urea stripping equipment; although the other two companies have the capability to do so, their output is very low, so ordinary manufacturers are reluctant to take such a risk. Nanhua Machinery has been significantly affected by the explosion in its urea synthesis tower using the aqueous solution full-circulation method; it is now difficult for them to compete with the other two manufacturers in the field of high-pressure urea production equipment. On the other hand, Southwest Chemical Machinery is slightly less capable, and its delivery times are often difficult to guarantee.
