How can we learn* to improve?

I came to this forum by searching for relevant questions. After taking a look, I found it to be quite good, so I registered as a member. Only after logging in did I realize that there were many restrictions preventing me from viewing or downloading content, due to my low level, but it’s understandable. However, for most beginners, they come here initially in order to learn*. After improving their skills, they won’t just leave; instead, they will help those who are new, allowing everyone to learn and improve together, thus making our forum grow stronger. This is what everyone hopes to see. I believe that those experts also started as beginners, and it’s unlikely that there are people who already know everything and are here to help others. If beginners are allowed to contribute right away, it results in the posting of meaningless repetitive messages, wasting everyone’s time and the forum’s resources. Therefore, it is recommended to give beginners more opportunities to learn and download, to relax the policies a bit, so as to give back to the forum from what it provides. I completely agree with the original poster’s view; actually, the moderator could consider it!
Comrades... put yourselves in others’ shoes; if you were the moderator, would you agree with your own arguments? If it’s possible to download anything easily and then just leave right after that, then who would bother coming here to upload files? Carrying out upgrades is merely a method used by the moderators to ensure the long-term development of HaiChuan; most of us also agree with this incentive approach – more effort leads to better rewards. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, and upgrades are fast these days too! The prerequisite is that you truly want to come here to learn*! ! !
There is no such thing as a free lunch in this world; if you are given all the rights from the start, it will lead to a habit of reaping benefits without working, at least for some people. What was said above makes a lot of sense – I strongly agree
