How to calculate boiler efficiency? ? ?
The calculation of boiler efficiency is divided into two types: the forward balance method and the inverse balance method. The forward balance method is more troublesome, and the results obtained have larger errors. The inverse balance method is generally used. Its calculation formula is as follows: q1=100-(q2+q3+q4+q5+q6) where: q1--The effective utilization of heat as a percentage of input heat, which is also the boiler efficiency q2--The exhaust heat loss as a percentage of input heat q3--The heat loss of chemical incomplete combustion as a percentage of input heat q4--The heat loss of mechanical incomplete combustion as a percentage of input heat q 5--The heat dissipation loss of the boiler furnace body accounts for the percentage of the input heat q6--The physical heat loss of the ash slag accounts for the percentage of the input heat The heat input to the boiler can be directly calculated using the low-level calorific value of the fuel received.
