In our plant, a single gasification furnace has operated continuously for 136 days, while the burner has operated continuously for 197 days.
In my opinion, the long cycle time in the chemical industry is related to its processes and procedures. Coal chemical processing is affected by gas conditions, and the gasification process is a key factor that determines the length of this cycle time. Theoretically, coal chemical processes have a shorter operational lifespan compared to those based on natural gas, as they lack one important limiting factor.
