Electricity is such a broad topic; a specific subject could be proposed for discussion. The interactions involved were quite good.

That’s right; although I majored in automatic control, I also hope to improve my knowledge in electrical engineering through this forum. I suggest that under the Industrial Control | Electrical Technology Discussion section, two additional sub-sections could be created: an Industrial Control section and an Electrical section. This way, there would be more people available for communication.

I also mentioned in my previous post that I searched for many when I first joined Haichuan. I study electrical automation in industrial enterprises; there is quite a lot of information on this topic available here at Haichuan. I’ve also posted questions for discussion, but no one has responded. Based on the information available on Haichuan: there are quite a few Haichuan members who work in design, while fewer are involved in operation and maintenance. Moreover, very few people participate in discussions related to electrical issues. In Haichuan’s industrial control and electrical technology discussion forum, there are many posts related to automatic control instruments. Whenever I try to find information on electrical topics, it feels like I’m not in the right place; I keep searching within the section dedicated to instrumentation. That’s why I suggested separating the electrical engineering field from the instrumentation field last time – it was due to this feeling, and I still hold my view this time as well. The industrial control area is further divided into an electrical section and an instrumentation section; this makes it easier to find relevant information and to discuss issues. Since everything falls under one’s own specialty, it attracts members, and it’s also easy for members to locate where they can get help when they have questions. In our Haichuan industrial control area, the issues related to electrical systems and instrumentation are always mixed together, which makes it very difficult to locate them. This is a very important point. This is just my personal opinion; I hope it can contribute positively to the development of Haichuan. We also hope that our members can learn together and improve together through the Haichuan Forum!

The discussion on the 8th floor was very thorough. I had previously posted a suggestion to create a separate section for electrical-related topics, but it wasn’t approved by the administrators. It is hoped that through this post, all professionals in the electrical field can come together. There is a strong call for the creation of an independent section or sub-section dedicated to electrical engineering, so as to attract more electrical professionals to join Haichuan and contribute positively to its development. I hope it will receive the high attention of the administrators.

In the chemical industry, the specialization required in the electrical engineering field doesn’t seem to be as distinct as that in the instrumentation field. Personally, I think electrical engineering has greater versatility and is not necessarily limited to the chemical industry. I had no experience working in the chemical industry before, and now that I’ve switched to this sector, I find that there isn’t much difference between electrical management in the chemical industry and in other industries; however, instrumentation is primarily used in the chemical industry.
