What are the causes of salt accumulation and scaling in steam turbines? The quality rate of saturated steam is around 70%, that of superheated steam is also around 70%. The quality rate of feedwater is about 95%, the same for boiler water, and it is around 95% for condensate as well. The sampling system was checked and no leaks were found. The desuperheating water is demineralized water, with a 100% qualification rate for the demineralized water. The boiler is treated with coordinated pH phosphate treatment; it is a 9.8 MPa circulating fluidized bed boiler.
